  • QuickBooks Set-up We help Set-up a QuickBooks Online account and the books within QuickBooks.

    Education Teach clients how to use QuickBooks and its various features, and workflows.

    Cleanup Many small and medium size business owner are not bookkeeping savvy. Even many bookkeepers do not understand proper bookkeeping workflow within QuickBooks. These contribute to the books not accurately reflecting the financial health of the business, nor the accurate reporting of income and expenses. GMS will do a thorough review of client books and make all adjustments that are needed. At the end of the cleanup process, client books will be accurate. 

    Monthly Ongoing Service Every month we review client work within QuickBooks, make needed adjustments, help with categorization, bank reconciliations, and issue monthly financial statements. We will submit financial statements to clients and their tax preparer.

About our Founder

Prior to founding GMS, Stuart founded 11 companies, in various industries, a number of which achieved gross revenue in the mid-eight to nine figures. Having sold those companies, and not loving “retirement”, he founded GMS.

Stuart is a graduate of Babson having majored in finance and accounting and minoring in Management. Distribution, and Economics.

Stuart also a graduate of the Phillip Crosby Quality Improvement College, is an Advanced Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor, and is certified in QuickBooks Payroll.
